Description:

This Platygyra have been harvested from a colony imported from Australia & allowed to settle and grow. They are first generation aquacultured Platygyra that have shown growth before becoming available for sale.

Why is this important?

Corals frags that are healed and more importantly showing signs of growth are know to stand a better chance of survival during shipping.

Ideal for systems older than 6 months, once established, this Platygyra will grow slowly

We are currently shipping Tuesday - Thursday on a next day signed for service., using Royal Mail & APC, Depending on location & weight. Please select delivery date upon checkout. Failure to do so, can result in a delay in receiving your order.

Returns & DOA

In the unfortunate event your coral arrives and you think it's not survived the trip you must: Notify us immediately, via email or at the latest, within 2 hours of signing for your package to: rob@thecoralcentre.com that you think a coral has not survived. with photo's of the unopened pot / bag. If it isn't clear if the coral(s) are alive or dead, Please send pictures to rob@thecoralcentre.com and call us on 078 1851 8442, where we can help you with next steps. This will include acclimatising the coral.

FAQs

What's the best starter coral for my system?

Once your saltwater aquarium is older than 4-6 weeks we recommend looking at soft corals. Add colour with Zoas and mushrooms. Leather corals will add height and movement to your system. Star polyps are great for covering rocks quickly.

Are you open to the public?

Yes, We're open 7 days a week. Monday–Saturday 9am–5pm and Sunday 10am–4pm

Can I buy online and collect from store?

Yes, as part of the checkout process, you can select local pick up. justpop a message in the notes box to say when you'd like to collect.
