We are currently shipping Tuesday - Thursday on a next day signed for service., using Royal Mail & APC, Depending on location & weight. Please select delivery date upon checkout. Failure to do so, can result in a delay in receiving your order.
Dry Goods are shipped Monday - Friday via Royal Mail or parcel force.
This means you must be home to receive and sign for your corals. We can not be held responsible for corals being returned to the Depot overnight. Any extra costs incurred will be chargeable to you, the consumer.
If for what ever reason, the courier company fail to deliver 'Next Day', we can not be held responsible for any loss of earnings. This includes taking the day off work, to make sure you're home to receive the goods.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
All our corals leave us in top health. If we don't think the coral's ready for shipping at the time of packing, we may offer a substitute or we will refund the coral, instead of shipping.
In the unfortunate event your coral arrives and you think it's not survived the trip you must:
Notify us immediately, via email or at the latest, within 2 hours of signing for your package to: rob@thecoralcentre.com that you think a coral has not survived. with photo's of the unopened pot / bag.
If it isn't clear if the coral(s) are alive or dead, Please send pictures to rob@thecoralcentre.com and call us on 078 1851 8442, where we can help you with next steps. This will include acclimatising the coral.
Do not dispose of the coral, until you have been told to do so by us at The Coral Centre. We may ask you to send the coral back, with all the packaging, using our FREEPOST service (label will be in the packaging when we ship it to you).
Once we have agreed a coral is unfortunately DOA, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.This will be an exclusive code, valid for 12 months. (1 year) and can be redeemed against a future purchase.
NOTE
Once the corals have been acclimatised and placed in your system, we CAN NOT be held responsible for their survival. All systems are unique and we have no control over your systems. We offer help and advice to help you get the most from your coral. We will ask you about your system, lighting, flow etc. How long it has been running and what your water perimeters are. This will help us guide you with any challenges you may have.
Abusive behaviour towards any of our staff will not be tolerated and The Coral Centre's decision is final.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on any livestock. If you are returning dry goods, please contact us to get booking in reference, This will help speed up the return and refunds.
All dry goods must be in the original packaging. The return postage cost is to be paid by the buyer and we recommend using a signed for service. We can not be held responsible for any items returned outside of these T's & C's
This does not affect your statutory rights.
