ATM Colony Marine contains all natural, live Nitrosococcus and nitrococcus bacteria. These species of aerobic bacteria are proven to utilize ammonia and nitrite as a primary energy source and establish bio-filtration in the saltwater environment.

Directions of Use:

Maintain average water conditions of 23-30oC (74-86oF). For best results, maintain a pH of 7.9-8.3. Maintain a total alkalinity of 90 or above for optimum results. 

Shake bottle vigorously to mix the bacteria. For average water conditions add (16oz) of ATM Colony Marine to 189L (50gal) to your aquarium salt water. Dose entire system volume once. Do not overcrowd tank (stock approx 25%) of your desired fish stocking levels. 

Prevent ammonia and nitrite spike by feeding fish lightly when using ATM colony. Monitor ammonia and nitrite levels and slightly increase feeding rate after 4 consecutive days of at/near 0ppm ammonia and nitrite concentration. Gradually increase to normal feeding levels.

Note:

Turn off or unplug UV sterilizers, protein skimmers and ozone generators prior before adding to your system and up to 4/5 days after introducing ATM colony. Keep at room temperature and do not allow product to freeze or exceed 43oC (110oF). Do not do water changes until after the 4th day, when all bacteria has attached.

WE RECCOMEND WAITING 4-6 WEEKS AFTER YOUR SYSTEM HAS CYCLED, BEFORE ADDING CORALS TO YOUR SYSTEM. STARTING WITH SOFT CORALS
